Product Returns
Must be in unopened, original packaging upon arrival at our distribution center in order to receive a full qualified refund. There is a 20% restocking fee for the following: open, used, refused and undeliverable address. Please contact us via email returns@mybeautycareplus.com for instructions on our no hassle return process. Please return  product(s) within 14 days
 

Lost or Stolen Packages
Beauty Care Plus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event a package is lost or stolen the receiver will need to contact USPS to open an investigation. We are unable to move forward until the investigation is complete on USPS end. Kindly note, in some cases, USPS may require a police report to open an investigation.
